FAQ
Questions about working together.
Who is this for?
For SME owners and ambitious self-employed business owners who want to grow into a stronger, more scalable and more valuable business. It is also for owners preparing for a sale or succession within three to seven years.
Is this coaching?
No. Our work is substantive and data-driven. We guide you in making choices, but the foundation is financial management, cashflow, strategy, organisation and value creation.
Does Impact Growth Partners replace my bookkeeper or accountant?
No. They handle administration, filings and annual accounts. We help you use the numbers to steer forward on cashflow, profit, strategy, organisation and value creation.
Do I need to begin with a Diagnosis?
Usually, yes. We do not provide a full analysis based on one conversation. A Diagnosis maps cashflow, profit, management information, organisation and risks in a structured way, so you know what should happen next.
What does a Diagnosis deliver?
You gain insight into where value is leaking, where cashflow risk sits, which choices have priority and what steps can make your business financially stronger and easier to manage.
What is a Growth Partner?
Growth Partner is monthly guidance that structures how you steer on numbers, cashflow, strategy, KPIs, organisation and value creation. It is for owners who want rhythm and follow-through, not just insight.
What does the first step cost?
One-off assignments for self-employed owners start from €1,250 excluding VAT. Monthly guidance starts from €995 per month excluding VAT. During the introduction, we identify the best first step and what to expect.
What makes Impact Growth Partners different?
We sit between bookkeeping, coaching and part-time CFO services. We are a fit for owners who need more control but do not yet need a heavyweight CFO structure. We help you use the numbers to steer forward on cashflow, profit, strategy, organisation and value creation — applying an investment manager’s PE perspective in a practical way for SMEs.
